The Come Out Mobile Gala is an annual celebration uniting Mobile’s LGBTQ+ community to honor trailblazers and strengthen connections. Since 2019, this vibrant event has recognized local leaders, fostered inclusivity, and raised support for vital LGBTQ+ initiatives. With inspiring speeches, entertainment, and community engagement, the gala continues to uplift and empower those working toward a more inclusive future.

Jack O’ Lantern Jubilee

A collaborative effort of Prism United and Teen Advocates for Risk Prevention (TARP), the Jack O’Lantern Jubilee is a Halloween event for LGBTQ+ teens. This choose-your-own-adventure style function gives teens a chance to wander through various activity stations and connect with their peers in a secure, spookified environment.

Prism Prom

Prism Prom is the biggest celebration for LGBTQ+ high-schoolers in southwest Alabama, allowing participants to enjoy prom as their authentic selves in a safe, welcoming environment. Features include: dancing, refreshments, a retro console gaming station, photo opportunities, and entertainment from the stage. Join us for a dazzling night of inclusivity and joyful self-expression that you’ll never forget.

The Wig Walk

The Wig Walk is one of Prism United’s largest annual fundraisers, a joyful jaunt to build community between Mobileans and local businesses. Participants take to the streets of Downtown Mobile for an afternoon of bubbles, brews, and bites, culminating in a vibrant After Party with live music and local vendors.
