About the Event
The Come Out Mobile Gala returns in 2024 for its third annual celebration. This year’s event supports Prism United as they work to execute a successful capital campaign to establish Mobile’s first LGBTQ+ youth center. Amid growing adversity toward the LGBTQ+ community, especially our youth, this center will provide a vital safe haven.
This year, we will honor four community trailblazers who have forged a path for young people to live their truth out loud. Your support will make a lasting impact on Mobile’s LGBTQ+ youth. Join us in championing their future.

Event Overview
The Gala kicks off at 6:00 PM with a cocktail hour and a silent auction. At 7:00 PM, enjoy a sumptuous spread of heavy hors d’oeuvres while you participate in our live auction. The night will be filled with music, entertainment, and inspiring presentations honoring our four community trailblazers. Don’t miss this celebration of excellence and community spirit.

Auction Items
We’re excited to host both a Silent Auction and Live Auction at this year’s gala, and we need your support to gather amazing items.
- Silent Auction: Kicking off during our cocktail hour from 6-7pm, the Silent Auction will continue throughout the night. We’ll notify the winners after the event to ensure a seamless experience for everyone.
- Live Auction: To keep the energy high and the excitement building, we’ll have three separate live auctions interspersed throughout our program, starting at 7pm. We aim to feature the best and most thrilling items during these moments.
Popular items include sports memorabilia, electronics, unique experiences (travel, event tickets, exclusive dinners), and premium alcohol. We hope each donated item will be valued at $100 or more.
