The Come Out Mobile Gala is an annual celebration that brings together Mobile’s LGBTQ+ community to honor trailblazers, amplify local leadership, and strengthen the connections that sustain us.

In 2024, the gala deepened this mission through Prism’s Trailblazer Initiative, featuring short-form videos that spotlighted impactful LGBTQ+ leaders across southwest Alabama. Shared in the weeks leading up to the event and honored on stage, these stories transformed celebration into advocacy. The initiative will continue annually, building an archive that preserves local LGBTQ+ history and uplifts the voices shaping our community.

With powerful storytelling, entertainment, and shared moments of recognition, Come Out Mobile stands as a statement of pride, presence, and progress.
